Donation Request Procedure for Community or Charitable Events
At Spa Utopia we are committed to supporting our local communities. We understand that every request is heartfelt and supports a worthy cause. Due to the nature of our business we receive an overwhelming number of requests for donations. The following procedure ensures that the process is fair to all while supporting the needs of our local communities.
Twice a year Spa Utopia will gather all written requests and randomly select a predetermined number of donation requests to help local charitable causes. If your organization’s name has been drawn you will be contacted by phone or by email prior to the event to arrange pick up or delivery. Please do not contact the Spa.
Donations for local community fundraisers and charitable events will be accepted by mail and email only. Phone requests will not be accepted. Please send all requests to Spa Utopia Head Office:

Requests must be on official company/school/organization letterhead with a detailed letter outlining the event – no photocopies please. Please be sure to include the date of the event, contact name, phone number and/or email address.
Donation request deadline for
2024 SPRING / SUMMER events
For event dates between March 1st 2024 and Aug. 31st 2024 please ensure your donation request is delivered to Spa Utopia before Jan. 31st, 2024. Requests received later than Jan. 31st 2024 will not be considered for a donation.

2024 FALL / WINTER events
For event dates between Sept. 1st 2024 and Feb. 28th 2025 please ensure your donation request is delivered to Spa Utopia before Aug. 1st 2024. Requests received later than Aug. 1st 2024 will not be considered for a donation.
