 CANCELLATION / CHANGES
The treatments and services you select are reserved especially for you. Group reservations are subject to contract agreement. Guests who do not honour their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
Failure to show: the entire package or service price.
Weekday Bookings
- If at least 24 hours notice is given, services will be cancelled without charge.
- If less than 24 hours notice is given, 50 percent of the service price will be charged.

- If at least 48 hours notice is given, services will be cancelled without charge.
- If less than 48 hours notice is given, 50 percent of the service price will be charged

On occasion, and due to unforeseen scheduling circumstances, Spa Utopia™ may have no choice but to reschedule your previously booked appointment(s). Please be assured that on such occasions we have
exhausted all other options. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs at your earliest convenience.
In such cases, complimentary services or compensation for the treatment(s) may not be provided. |
